WTD Acceptable Use Policy has been formulated with the following goals in mind:

• Say or do whatever you want in the appropriate forum. If you're not sure what's appropriate, ask.

• Don't do anything that is Illegal in the state of Illinois. If illegal content is reported as originating from our system, we might disconnect the access and could choose to REPORT the action to the appropriate victims and/or law enforcement.

• Don't do anything to jeopardize the integrity of the Internet, or WTD's systems.

• Follow generally accepted Acceptable Use policies of the Internet's global community.

This Policy applies to:

All components of WebTech Designers, Inc. 
including all subsidiaries;
All customers, clients, employees, advisors, 
and agents of WTD,
and all authorized third parties that require the use of and are granted access to the WTD network;

• All users are required to comply with this Policy.

• All violations of the Acceptable Use Policy will be reviewed for appropriate action that could include termination of access and/or legal remedies.

• Use of the WTD Network for illegal or improper activities of any kind, including unauthorized use (or attempted unauthorized use) forging user identification information, and software piracy is prohibited.

• Posting or transmitting any information or software which contains a virus, illicit code or other harmful components is prohibited.

• Unauthorized copying of copyrighted material including, but not limited to, digitization and distribution of photographs from magazines, books, or other copyrighted sources, and copyrighted software is prohibited.

• Exporting software or technical information in violation of U.S. export control laws is prohibited.

• Posting or emailing of scams such as 'make-money-fast' schemes or 'pyramid/chain' letters is prohibited.

• Threatening bodily harm or property damage to individuals or groups is prohibited.

• Making fraudulent offers of products, items, or services originating from your account is prohibited.

• Attempting to access the accounts of others, or attempting to penetrate security measures of WTD's,  its business partners or other entities' systems ("hacking"), whether or not the intrusion results in corruption or loss of data is prohibited.

• Harassing others by 'mail-bombing' or 'news-bombing'. 'Mail-bombing' constitutes sending more than ten (10) similar mail messages to the same e-mail address is prohibited.  

• Sending unsolicited email messages where the recipient objects to the content of the message or to the receipt of the message in general is also prohibited.

• WTD has no practical ability to restrict all conduct, communications or content which might violate this Policy prior to its transmission on the system, nor can WTD ensure prompt removal of any such communications or content after transmission or posting. Accordingly, WTD does not assume liability to subscribers or others for any failure to enforce the terms of this Policy.
  
  WTD reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice.

• Only one person, the subscriber, may use the PPP account. Multiple or simultaneous logins will constitute forfeiture of the account and your account will be terminated.

• Installation package may be shipped with pre-installed dial up numbers for your area. The subscriber is responsible for inputting the appropriate number corresponding to their area of dial up service. WTD is not responsible for charges incurred by the subscriber for the inputting the wrong dial-up number.

• WTD uses the newest technology, our modem settings are compliable with X2 Technology. It is users' responsibility to make sure that their modems are compatiable.

• WTD is not responsible for the deterioration of line speeds based on the location of the subscriber. Please contact your local telephone provider for more information.

• All services provided by WTD will be billed in advance for the forthcoming month. Any services that require additional hourly charges or single-use special charges will be billed at the time of the next billing period. 

• On cancellation; accounts will be billed to the end of the present month. If the subscriber had pre-paid beyond the present month then the remainder beyond that month will be refunded.

• Credit card authorized payment will be accepted for the purchases of $1,000.00 or more only at this time.

• Payments not received by the Due Date specified on the bill will be subject to a 1.5% financing charge per month.

• Returned Checks- A returned check charge of $35.00 will be incurred for all returned checks.

• All billing disputes must be received at our business office in writing, and the obligation to pay for service will continue until such notice is received. Termination of your service does not constitute relief from amounts incurred prior to termination.

• WTD reserves the right to terminate or discontinue any service(s) at any time.
